Recommendations:
The following recommendations are to improve
the thermal performance of the building and the
comfort of the occupants. This is not a
professional engineering review or report, but

rather suggested strategies to be explored for

incorporation into any renovations to the existing
facilities.
A further caveat is that all renovations/upgrades
will need to be fully compliant with existing
building codes.
