MECHANICAL SYSTEMS
Heating, Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC)
We understand the HVAC systems have been upgraded with a
grant from “Grants to Green” in the last 6 to 7 years and are in good
condition. They consist of residential type split systems with
external condensers and internal gas furnaces and air-handling
units ducted to the various rooms in the building. They seem to all
be functioning properly, though there are reports that there is
unequal distribution of heating and cooling in some areas.
