HVAC – The existing systems seem to have been installed relatively
recently and appear in good working order and maintained well.

There will be some ductwork and supply register
reconfiguration required for the renovations. In conjunction

with this, we recommend that all ductwork be cleaned, filters
replaced and all existing equipment be tested and balanced
and commissioned to ensure everything is working properly.

This should handle any adjustments and any existing unequal
distribution. In the future, when these systems get to the end
of their useful life and need replacement (probably 8 to 12
years), we recommend that a Variable Refrigerant Flow
(VRF) system be investigated for replacement.
