Master Schedule - provides a summarized view of the entire project rolled up into one schedule without the detail of a specific phase of
the project. Allows the project team to review the relationships between each phase of the project. Provides the team a view of the entire
project duration for future planning.used in conjunction with the budget to create cash flow projections.
