• Ensure the final design of the building has suitable air quality for resident well

being.
• Meet at a minimum, ASHRAE 62.1 2010 performance requirements for the
indoor air quality performance.
Have the project’s mechanical engineer conduct the calculations and provide
confirmation of compliance.
