Security is also a major component and needs to
be designed and incorporated with any renovations.
Will a paging system be needed?
There is nothing more disruptive than having to
come in after the fact to rip up and install outlets in
a finished space. The IT system obviously needs to
be a part of this planning. These various IT
requirements will affect the cooling needs for the
HVAC systems as well.
Access Control
The existing facility has plenty of oppertunity for
access control systems. There are multiple solutins
that could be implemented and supported to make
this both serviceable and code compliant. We
believe this work is in progress and should be
considered for current deficiencies.
