Security is also a major component and needs to

be designed and incorporated with any renovations.

Will a paging system be needed?

There is nothing more disruptive than having to

come in after the fact to rip up and install outlets in

a finished space. The IT system obviously needs to

be a part of this planning. These various IT

requirements will affect the cooling needs for the

HVAC systems as well.

Elevator

The existing elevator has sporadically worked on

our visits. There is a proposal in place to repair and

upgrade the existing elevator and equipment to

make it serviceable and code compliant. We

believe this work is in progress and should handle

any current deficiencies.
