DESIGN VISION OVERVIEW

The design process began with a study of the existing conditions, including the upper floors will provide areas for collaboration and yet allow for smooth

enhanced community outreach while sustainable best practices will provide

The next step was to understand the programming requirements and establish a resource of significant value. The building systems will be highly

workable zones. On the first floor, three zones were established: sustainable and will set the bar in environmentally friendly design.
