LIGHTING

All new lighting should be LED (Light emitting diode). These are

very available and the cost has come down dramatically over the

last few years. They provide long lasting lighting at a fraction of the
energy use and heat production that incandescent lighting requires.

Outdoor lighting is also available with its own solar power and
battery back up, which is a cost effective option to consider..
